Tasks
- Participate at the communication, PR and marketing strategy definition
- Implement the marketing, PR and communication plans
- Manage the relationship with communication agencies and media partners
- Collaborate in the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and other marketing materials, in coordination with our German Headquarters
- Plan and manage marketing & PR events
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing; monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
- Create and maintain reports on marketing metrics and sales activities and consequently develop insights on areas of optimization and new opportunities
- Support strategic decisions through complex data analysis and business trends identification
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Economics
- 2 plus years of “Hands-on”-experience in the field of marketing and communication in multinational companies, experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as a great standing
- Strong leadership, willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges; being fully reliable
- High social orientation and cooperation attitude, ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines, set priorities, solve problems and be resourceful under pressure
- Excellent language skills in Italian and English, with a knowledge of German
