Lady Gaga, fresca di Halftime Show del Super Bowl 2017, darà dunque idealmente inizio al suo tour mondiale (a settembre in Italia, al Forum di Assago, in un unica occasione) proprio con uno dei Festival più prestigiosi al mondo e sarà così la prima artista femminile ad essere headliner del Coachella a 7 anni di distanza da Bjork. Le motivazioni che hanno spinto Beyoncé a rinunciare alla sua doppia esibizione (il 17 e il 22 aprile) sono ovvie: a inizio febbraio l’artista ha infatti confermato al mondo di essere in dolce attesa di due gemelli, conseguentemente almeno per le prossime settimane sarà obbligata ad un riposo forzato.
